Note to All Patients

On April 1st, 2023, we will become the Holly-Thompson Family Health Organization (FHO).

For our enrolled patients, this patient care model means that there are a group of seven family doctors that are here to provide you comprehensive primary care.

For all enrolled patients:

·         Please call in and pre-book your visit, do not walk-in to the clinic without a pre-booked appointment as we may not be able to accommodate your visitW

This does not mean we can’t provide you with same-day urgent care, in this new model we continue to provide:

·         Same day in-person and virtual appointments for patients

·         Saturday and after hour (5-8 PM) service Monday-Thursday

We strong urge you NOT to use other walk-in clinics or family doctors outside of our family health organization.

When you do:

·         We miss the opportunity to follow up, due to an absence of your medical summary from outside visits

·         There is a risk for potential error to due an incomplete medical history of test and prescriptions

·         The amount the walk-in clinic or other family doctor bills OHIP will be deducted from our practice
